Hard Strips (India) is dedicated to customer service through Total Quality Management. All our operations follow the principle of TQM and comply with ISO Certification.

Quality Policy

We work towards Total Quality Managemnet keeping in mind the following quality policy:

Quality Standards

Apart from following the ISO Certification Standards in all our operations we follow benchmark quality standards for production of Steel Strips at our units. The Strips produced are strictly as per Technical Delivery Conditions required by the customers in particular or normal course as per the IS, BS, DIN, SAE standards.

Quality Control

The urge of Total Quality Control of our products has led us to follow the principle of product improvement besides our standard production on high quality level. While maintaining the Quality control for the spring steel strips produced at our units it is ensured that the strips produced are with:

1. Proper dimensions & sizes with minimum or agreed upon tolerances
   
2. Fine Edges
   
3. Uniform Hardness
   
4. Uniform fine polished defect free surface
   
5. Chemistry in confirmation with the requirements of the customer
